Could We Colonize Space By Rearranging The Solar Systems?

Could it be that God truly exist?  If God isn’t really existed then luck must be it that earth could actually harbor life!  Our planet earth got really lucky in a way that it is not too close to the star (i.e., the sun) and it is not too far from the star either.  Other dead solid planets are not so lucky as they located too far from their star or too close to their star, thus their surface would either boil or freeze to the extreme temperatures.  Such extreme conditions would prevent life as we know it to exist.  Of course, there would always be the exception, but such an exception would be nothing like us humans!  Such aliens would not have any semblance to the traits that us humans are familiar with such as how life has existed here on earth.

I guess it’s safe to say that earth is either a miracle from God or it is truly lucky.  As our advanced telescopes peer into the endless darkness in space, we have discovered so many solar systems and galaxies.  Although we’ve found so many planets and stars and solar systems and galaxies, it seems the more we found the more we instill a belief in ourselves that we’re alone.

Through current scientific methods, we could only guess that there are some planets out there that could harbor life.  Perhaps we think such planets are locating in the comfort zone of their solar systems, thus providing the chance that these planets could harbor water.  Here on earth, life exists because of water.  We’re thinking that water on other planets too may allow life to go through an evolutionary process — developing alien life in the process.  Nonetheless, we could only guess and not so sure about our guess until we could deploy some sort of drones, robotics, and satellites to such planets.  Even better, we could deploy humans to such planets!

Unfortunately, the solar systems and planets we think that could harbor life are way too far for earth’s current technology to reach.  For an example, we could try to launch a rocket fuel vehicle toward Alpha Centauri system.  According to Earthsky’s “How Long to Travel to Alpha Centauri?” article, it would take 78,000 years for our current rocket fuel vehicle to reach this space system.  According to Wikipedia, Alpha Centauri System is the nearest star system to our solar system which is about 4.37 light years away from our solar system.  So, it seems our current space technology is way too slow for space traveling because even the closest solar system would take 78,000 years for a human space vehicle to reach it.

At the moment we could not be sure if life is actually existing anywhere in space.  We know for sure though life is existing here in our solar system because the earth is teeming with life.  If we want to confirm that life is actually existing elsewhere we have to develop space vehicles that could travel much faster.  Preferably, we want to develop space vehicles that could travel near the speed of light.  Only then that we could travel to Alpha Centauri space system in 4.37 years or so.

What’s the point of my rant so far?  Well, imagine an alien race that could be so advanced that their technology allows them to modify any space’s solar system to the way they like it.  Imagine the ramification of such technology!  Just imagine each planet and star like a pool ball on a pool table!  Imagine a pool table’s holes are the black holes, and if each ball got too close it would fall into a pool’s hole.  In reality, if a planet gets sucked into a black hole, it would be destroyed into pieces, I think.  Will the black hole spit out these shredded planets and stars later?  I don’t know!  Nonetheless, the idea is to imagine that space is dangerous and comfortability is very, very rare!  So if each pool ball travels too close, each pool ball would collide with one another.  In reality, a planet collides with another planet would be on the scale of the doomsday disaster.  If a planet collides with a star, it would be the destruction of the planet itself.  So, this alien technology that could modify the layout of the solar system would create the condition to harbor water and provide life as we know it.

Now, if we could develop such technology here on earth, we could go out into space and rearrange any solar system to our liking, making other planets to support life so we could have more earthlike planets out there in space.  This is one way I think we could colonize space and allow human species to exist much longer than the earth itself.  For an example, our earth could be dying someday, and so without such technology, we won’t be able to escape the dying earth — in such a process human species would die along with earth.  Instead of dying along with earth, humans should try to come up with technology that pushes planets and stars around to rearrange the solar system to how we like it.  It would be so easy to shoot the pool balls around on the pool table, but I guess it would take Godlike effort to do so with pool balls that are as large and as heavy as the planets and stars in space.  Furthermore, if the effort takes too long, the solar system itself could be destroyed!

Creative Thinking: We’re Just Some Experiments

Countless theories are filling the void of the emptiness we feel whenever we try to think of our origin.  When did we arrive?  How did we first exist?  How on earth had we survived but not the dinosaurs?  We know the dinosaurs existed for sure as we have dug up so many dinosaurs’ skeletons in our backyards.  We then ponder on how the dinosaurs were killed off.  What had killed off the dinosaurs but left us alive?  Or, did we come after the existence of the dinosaurs?  So on and so on we go, and we go off the rail with theory after theory, unsure of ourselves how on earth we really had come about to exist here on earth.

If I remember correctly, one theory suggests that a sizable enough chunk of space rock such as a meteor could have created a large enough impact on earth’s past to wreck so much havoc on earth’s past ecosystem, thus in the process, the monstrous size of the dinosaurs was the death-knell that killed off the dinosaurs.  Basically, the dinosaurs could not sustain their lifeforce while the earth’s ecosystem was in tattered.  Not enough foods were around to sustain the predators like the dinosaurs!

Whatever the theory may be, a meteor or an asteroid, diseases or God’s will, we would never be sure how the dinosaurs were extinct since we weren’t there to witness the hellish catastrophe.  How did we come into being?  It seems the whole human race is still having an amnesia because we don’t remember how we had come into being!

To play this guessing game, I like to suggest the most outlandish, on the par with sci-fi spirit, theory.  Imagine when the earth was still at its most primitive stage.  The dinosaurs were roaming freely.  They would feed on smaller preys and humans weren’t around at all.  Of course, I could imagine how ugly such a scene could be to see a dinosaur gnawing, crunching away on a live human, but luckily I think we weren’t around at the time when the dinosaurs roamed as kings.

My theory suggests an alien race descended onto the planet earth, killed off all dinosaurs, spared the more harmless cockroaches and few other harmless animals so the food sources could lay intact and the earth’s ecosystem could survive to nurse the next king of the planet.  The aliens then would create an out of this world experiment by planting human seeds at our most primitive stage to see how the whole planet earth would develop thereafter.  Perhaps, in the future, the aliens would then revisit our planet earth to check on their amazing experiment.  Would the whole human race survive or die off?  They could make a bet to each other while they’re making their way here on their super cool spaceship.

If anyone is making a movie, I think my theory is rather cool for such a prospect.  Don’t you think so?  Anyway, I think my theory seems to be way cooler than other theories that try to explain how the dinosaurs went extinct and how humans came into being on the planet earth!  Of course, my theory is way outlandish and got no proof to back the claim up, but how could you disprove that my theory is wrong when all other theories are just mere theories too.  Remember, we weren’t there when things got really ugly!

Nature Isn’t Good and Isn’t Bad Either!

Is progressing a bad thing or a good thing?  Some people out there prefer that we could live like we were in the past because we couldn’t develop as much and so we didn’t pollute the environment.  They would argue that living closer to mother nature would naturally be good and be healthy, and anything otherwise is just bad!  They would argue that scientific advancements like nuclear power would be bad and so forth.  Basically, they would like to roam naked in the wood and prefer doing things more naturally!  Once again, are they right or wrong?

This specific case, I think they’re not only wrong but super stupid!  In the movies, we got superhuman, but in this case, we got super dumb ideology!  Why?  Just like any tool, it got two sides!  One good and one bad!  Like a knife, you could use a knife to cut food or kill people!  One is good, and one is bad!  So, when scientific developments are meant to be used for good, these things are naturally good.  These things are more natural than a rock which sits pretty on the ground all day long!

People who argue that developments are bad should ask the dinosaurs why they had extinct!  Isn’t it obvious that the dinosaurs couldn’t think as deep as humans thus they could not fly away for a brief vacation till things on earth cool down?  This is why scientific advancements are super crucial for the human race as a whole!  We need to be able to escape one rock and cultivate another just so we could avoid our own extinction!

Us humans tend to be not only stupid but we are also very arrogant!  We tend to think that what we got would last forever!  Unfortunately, we could not live forever, and our human race won’t exist forever also!  Why?  Even the sun will cease to exist eventually!  So, even the scale of the universe would not last forever, why would we think our earth would last forever?  If earth would not last forever, how will human race last forever?  Isn’t it natural for earthy humans to devise plans for our continuation even though we know nothing would last forever?

So, let’s get back down to earth and think simpler!  I think nature itself is just a tool!  If you’re sick and needing a cure, the right herbs naturally would cure you.  If you’re not too careful and eating the wrong mushrooms that exist naturally in nature, you would naturally die!  Nature exists as both good and bad!  So let us not be that stupid to think that developments are bad, and whatever exists naturally is naturally good!

Sometimes, hugging a tree is bad for the whole human race!  Instead of hugging a tree, we need to plant trees as a development and common sense!  Don’t argue that any development is bad!  Don’t just say nuclear power is unsafe!  In fact, I believe that we may need more advancement in nuclear power so we could suppress the tyranny of distance within our universe so we could travel far and cultivate more out-of-this-world colonies (i.e., in space) so we could lengthen the human race lifespan!

Meeting A Cousin From Another Galaxy!

Imagine that our universe is already predestined and whatever which needs to be accounted for is probably already being counted ahead of time.  Imagine a hand of God would assign one or multiple meaningful ways to combine the fates of his/her creations.  Perhaps, a hand of God decided that each of his creation is made of binary numbers, or perhaps it’s another method that would be in play instead.  Anyway. let’s assume that a hand of God decided his creations should be made of binary numbers.  In this universe, the binary numbers would be the ones and the zeros.  Combining these ones and zeros together would form a unique intelligent being.  Through the chance/random process, the possibility of creating the same unique intelligent being could be recreated, because let’s assume that the hand of God didn’t specify a rule that prevented such thing from happening.

So, imagine such a universe is real, wouldn’t you want to know perhaps us humans are not special?  Could it be that through such a randomized process (with repeated chances) the human DNA isn’t that unique in the universe?  As I alluded earlier, if the universe is already equipped with proper configurations, then it should not be too hard for the universe to give rises to chances so the process of creating human all over again would occur again.  Sometimes, the process of recreating the same intelligent being could be reproduced more than once through chances.  If this is mathematically possible in our real (not imagined) universe, then I wouldn’t be surprised if there is another human race or races out there that occupy another planet within this universe!  So, is it too outrageous to think that we could meet an alien that isn’t from this galaxy that got two hands, ten fingers, a nose, a beautiful handsome face, and similar charismatic, intelligent mannerism?

In my opinion, I don’t think it is so outrageous to think such possibility could exist out there.  Of course, we could meet aliens that are out of this world and got no feature that is similar to us at all.  But I don’t think we should discount the possibility that we could just meet up with ourselves from another galaxy!  It’s like a cousin that we never knew we had!

Can Quantum Mechanics Be The Key To Allow Us To Escape 3D Spatial Fabric So We Could Travel Through Time?

In the previous blog post “To Travel Through Time I Think We Need To Exit Our Own 3D Universe And Enter 4D Universe” I suggested that we could escape our three-dimensional world to a higher dimensional world in order for us to do time travel.  The question is how are we going to do it?  Easy to say than actually do it.  For obvious reasons, we can easily imagine up the problem, find an imaginary solution according to the power of deduction, but sometimes it would be impossible for us to put the power of deduction into practice.  In this case, it’s currently impossible for us humans to escape our three-dimensional universe.  Simply put, we don’t have the tech to do so.

In order for us to have the tech to escape our 3D-universe, we need an exact, practical know-how method with precise steps to produce a tech in which we could use to escape our 3D-universe.  Obviously, we don’t have such knowledge.  Nonetheless, I don’t even have to convince you that we can travel to the moon nowadays because we obviously could escape our homeworld which is earth.  We’ve been sending satellites to circling earth for scientific data and whatnot, and so I don’t see why we couldn’t be even more ambitious in the regards to exploring the outer space.  One step beyond the final frontier would be time travel.

Time travel is a science fiction that we probably won’t be able to put into practice, if ever, in a foreseeable future as it’s the stuff that is too way out there — too crazy to put into practice for us humans in our current evolution.  We couldn’t even yet achieve a technology which could allow us to travel between galaxies.  In my opinion, unless we achieve the ability to jump between galaxies to shorten our trip in space, we probably won’t ever have the time, the tech know-how, nor the will to even think about achieving time travel.

Nonetheless, none of the barriers I’d mentioned would stop our imagination from running wild in regards to time travel.  Movies, books, and whatnot have been exploring the fictional science of time travel for many years already.  I still think we need someone, a little crazier than normal, to actually explore the math and whatever about time travel.

Personally, I like to chime in a bit on how should we approach in finding a method to allow us to escape 3D-world so we could enter a higher dimension such as the 4D-universe so we could at least have some hope in achieving time travel.  So let me ask you to imagine something that is so weird OK?

Imagine a transparent, plastic bag which holds some water inside, but the bag is riddled with small holes.  Instead of escaping from the bag, the water is comfortably swirling inside the bag normally when one shakes the bag up.  Puzzled?  A bag with thousands of holes, yet water won’t be spilled.  Not even a single drop water would be spilled through this bag.  Still puzzling?

What kind of a monster bag is this?  You probably want to have one right now, right?  Well, this bag won’t exist yet unless my imagination becomes a reality.  As of now, the sun is still rising in the east and settling in the west, and so no, the reality isn’t yet capable of turning my imagination into something real just yet.

Nonetheless, let’s push forward with our imaginative hole riddled bag that is being filled with unspillable water.  The idea is that the holes are inexplicable small to the point that no water molecule could spill through.  Thus water could not be spilled from this leaky bag.

Since the water could not escape the bag, and so the water is just comfortably swirling inside the bag as normal.  Imagine our 3D-universe is like this bag.  It got holes that could allow us to escape to 2D, 4D, 5D-universe and so forth, but we simply can’t get through these holes to escape our 3D-universe.  We simply just don’t have the tech or it’s just impossible for us humans to do so without some sorts of futuristic science or pure magic or godly power.

The idea isn’t too weird though if we correlate this to quantum mechanics.  If my shady knowledge of quantum mechanics isn’t too off course, then I think using quantum mechanics we can somewhat point ourselves to clues that could allow us to glimpse at a higher dimensional world.

In the quantum world, things don’t behave normally as how we would expect in our own large, physical world.  Basically, in the quantum world, things seem to be inexplicably appeared and disappeared into places that we could not track or measure.  Is this still true with our current tech?  I’m not sure if we can actually yet track things in the quantum world yet, but if we can this would be awesome.  If we haven’t yet discovered how to do this, then I guess let me just use quantum mechanics to correlate to what is relevant in this blog post — to satisfy my ego.

This is just a pure speculation and got nothing to even come close to fact.  I speculate that in quantum world there are holes that are so small, inexplicable small, that could allow things in the quantum world to slip in and out of the current dimensional world that we’re living in which is the 3D-universe.  Of course, this is outrageous.  I have not read anything which suggests this could be the case.  This is just a pure speculation on my part.

Let’s just assume that in our 3D universe, in the quantum mechanics scale of things, there are inexplicable small holes that could allow things to slip out of 3D spatial space.  If this is true, then at least this could allow us to imagine that one day there will be a technology which could teleport us through such a hole and allow us to escape our 3D-universe.  On the other side, it could be 2D, 4D, 5D, and you know whatnot dimensional space that we could enter as we exit our very own 3D spatial fabric.

To Travel Through Time I Think We Need To Exit Our Own 3D Universe And Enter 4D Universe.

Remember this blog post “In A Haste, My Mind Ran Wild, And Aha, Time Is A Cup Of Tea!” I’d written in December of 2017 in regards to Time?  If you’ve not read it, you can check it out through the link above.  Basically, in the last blog post, I used the cup of tea metaphor to explain how I think time could be reverted to allow time travel into the past.  This blog post will also be talking about time travel!

In the last blog post, I mentioned how you could imagine yourself escaping a cup of tea to travel back into time, I will try to convince you even more that it’s possible to do time travel in this blog post by using the 4th dimension.  In the video right after the break, Carl Sagan explains how a shadow of an object in the 4D universe can be represented by a 3D tesseract.

Common sense tells us that 3D objects can project 2D shadows onto a 2D surface.  Imagine what if you’re a 2D being, how such a 3D shadow would look like to you?  Since we’re 3D beings, it’s easy for us to imagine how 2D beings would feel about 3D shadows.  With this in mind, it’s obvious that we also know how difficult for us to imagine, if not impossible, how 4th-dimensional objects would form.  Thus, it’s common sense for us to imagine up the shadows of 4th-dimensional objects to allow us to imagine up the forms of the 4th-dimensional objects.

In the video above, Carl Sagan suggests that 2D beings could experience 3D space and time by flying upward.  Remember, 2D beings cannot jump up or fly upward because the up direction is a space within a 3D world.  With space comes time!  If we can imagine somehow a 2D being could experience time and space of 3D being, then we can also imagine how a 3D being like us could also experience the 4D space and time.

In my other blog post, I mentioned that in order for a person to escape time and space he or she needs to get out of her cup of tea and find another cup of tea with the same temperature and the right mixture of the same brand of tea of a time earlier to experience a time travel back to the past.  Since it’s not the same cup of tea that is necessary for a person to experience the exact events of the past as the requirements are not strict in regards to the container of the tea (i.e., the teacup).  The actual strict requirement is probably the mixture of the correct tea brand, temperature, and other ingredients that reside in a teacup.  This means you could kill your grandfather in a cup of tea and rematerialize yourself in another cup of tea without being dead.  How?  As long the next cup of tea you jump back into got the right ingredients and condition that would form the right mixture of the cup of tea that you had jumped out earlier — this would allow you to get back to the present and still be able to survive even though your grandfather got killed by you when you traveled back into time.

Kind of confusing, but just imagine each presence could be recreated by a universe of parallel space and time.  Here comes the exciting part of how I correlate the Carl Sagan’s video above to what I’m talking about.  So, in order for you to jump out of this godly cup of tea, you have to exit your 3D universe right?  In my opinion, the space and time of the godly cup of tea, godly fabric, could be formed by the right mixture of godly ingredients (e.g., temperature, tea brand, milk, sugar).  Each cup of tea got its own fabric of space and time, thus each cup of tea got its own dimensional preference.  With correct ingredients, one could imagine such a cup of tea could be formed many times over — allowing the correct dimensional universe to be formed many times over.  In our case, we could see a parallel world with three dimensions without a doubt if you think my deduction is correct in regards to time and space in a godly cup of tea.

As Carl Sagan speaks how 2D being got kick flying upward into a 3D universe in the video, my mind tells me that if a 4D being kicks me flying upward into a 4D universe I could find the right cup of tea to jump back into to revisit the past or even the future.  After thinking about this, I guess some people in the past — who believed destiny could have been written down before time — could be correct.  How?  The future could have been formed over and over again in the same exact manner or result in various manners in various parallel universes (i.e., in various cups of tea) according to my deduction in regards to time and space.  So, our past could have been formed in this way in various parallel universes.  Nonetheless, for a 3D being like us to witness another parallel universe I think we have to exit our own 3D universe and materialize in the 4D universe.  Only in the 4D universe that wraps over our 3D universe, we can then witness the past the present and the future all at the same time if we like.
