I just finished setting up a new music sharing website known as UshareMix.  Basically, everyone can register for an account with UshareMix to share his or her music.  Once a user is logged in, he or she can proceed to upload his or her own music tracks to UshareMix.  Obviously though, it would be illegal for a user/member to upload music tracks that are copyrighted by someone else.  There is a Pro account option for a standard member to upgrade to so he or she can upload even more music tracks to share with everyone else on UshareMix.  Obviously, this service is a clone of SoundCloud.  Anyhow, Pro membership is only $3 a month or $9.99 a year.  The site is brand new, and so there may be bugs and whatnot.  If you want to test the service out, just head over to https://usharemix.com.
