Just another poem I’d written thus far. Enjoy!!!
- Can a simple swift,
- sweeping away leaves,
- revealing much of nature?
- Cruelest, it’s her nature,
- one breath she tortures,
- one breath she nurtures.
- Warmest too, it’s her way,
- one breath she nurtures,
- one breath she gives hope.
- Nurturing or torturing,
- she knows what’s best,
- sweeping in, her natural way.
- There she simply goes,
- weaving her simple tapestry,
- simple tapestry springs to life.
- As she acts simply so,
- sweeping away leaves,
- just so she can sweep again.
- Leaves falling on time,
- simply falling leaves fall,
- just so leaves can be swept away.
- Whether leaves fall in cycle,
- whether leaves fall just once,
- she simply sweeps leaves away.
- Cruelest, it’s her nature,
- one breath she tortures,
- one breath she nurtures.
- A simple swiftly sweep,
- sweeping away all the leaves,
- revealing her mother nature!
