Netflix is expanding its streaming movie service over the Internet by securing an exclusive partnership with Epix. Epix is an extension of Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. With this deal in play, Netflix will be able to stream more movies over the Internet than ever before. This is definitely music to the ears for Netflix’s customers.
Netflix is heading in the right direction as its streaming service is gaining popularity. Why not? Streaming service may save Netflix a lot of headaches in the future. People desire convenient solution, and that’s how Netflix has dominated the movie rental market, but Netflix knows the next best convenient solution has to be streaming movies over the Internet.
Netflix doesn’t want to have the same fate as the movie rental stores, and this is why the company is expanding its streaming operation. You’ll never know the day when people stop wanting to have movies mailing to them, and the Internet is just a click away.
