It’s not that difficult to imagine today has come as a testament whence in earlier time Kindle has what they call, the Opra effect. Amazon has came out with an amazing fact that it now has sold more Kindle ebooks than it has had with hardcover books. It is not a surprise to see physical books decline in sales not because buying ebooks is more hip. Instead, it’s all about the truth of a convenience.
Also, when you buy an ebook from Amazon’s Kindle Store, it’s forever your as long Amazon isn’t deleting it from your account. Got a broken Kindle, iPhone, Android smart phone, and the likes? Not a problem, because you can always get a new device to download what is rightfully your. Just make sure you have not forgot what your password is.
For insane folks like me who want to read ebooks on a huge HD TV for the sake of awesomeness and not for common sense, yes we can do it that way with little fuzz. How? All it takes a PC that is hooking up to a huge flat HD TV; using a Kindle for PC software is what makes reading Kindle ebooks on any monitor/TV possible.
Nothing could beat the truth of a convenience and the truth of $9.99 a book, I should say an ebook.
I’m not singing about the hardware price, because Kindle itself is $189. A Kindle is half of or much less cheaper than an iPad, but it has to be a lot cheaper for me to want it. Other people are sold on Kindle since they’re not me, half the price of an iPad is a deal for them. Not an offending point of view, it’s jut that other people are more generous than me when come to a price of a gadget such as a Kindle. I also believe there are a lot of folks would love to see a $99 Kindle. Yet, Amazon’s Kindle ebooks are outselling hardcover books!
Believe me folks, people without a Kindle are using numerous devices to digest Kindle ebooks all the time. Smart phones and similar ebook devices are tapping into Amazon’s huge ebook collection. TechCrunch writes Amazon has about 630,000 Kindle ebooks.
Let not forget $9.99 an ebook, because it is a testament to the pandemonium.
Some people prefer the old way when hardcover books rule the world, but the truth is the truth. This is only the beginning, and we shall see there’s a lot more to come. It’s not more of the same, but it’s a battle for the hills where information may only get cheaper — Amazon will be a lot happier too as quick, high turnover ebook inventory will be more of the norm.
