For whoever has always wanted an iPhone 3GS, but he or she cannot afford it, a bit of good news should be the sweet sound of music to the ears as Walmart slashes the price of this bad boy down to only $97.  There is a catch though, you still have to sign a 2 year contract.  Even worse, Walmart is doing this to let go the rest of the iPhone 3GS in its inventory to greet and welcome the brand new generation of iPhones which Apple will launch within this year.  Getting your hand on the iPhone 3GS may be a big disappointment to you when a brand new version of iPhone arrives, but as long you think doing the same for the newer one by waiting someone to slash the price of the newer version, then the $97 deal for current iPhone 3GS isn’t bad at all; it’s pretty good actually!  Source.
