Google Patches Its Gmail Update Status To Look Like Twitter’s Tweets

Gmail users may soon very well be Twittering either they hate or love to tweet.  How?  Google launches a rival feature that is very similar to Twitter which allows Gmail users to update status in a stream format.  This means Gmail users will be able to allow each other to see micro blogging messages such as tweets.  The effect of reading tweets within Gmail may be very different from reading tweets on Twitter since your real purpose is to check emails and not tweeting.  Still, it’s a cool idea to see what your friends and your family members have been up to with theirs most recent short update messages that they wrote when they were using Gmail.  What you think about Google is launching a Twitter-clone feature within Gmail?  Source.
