For now iPhone still rules the mobile’s application world, but Google’s Android has made things easier for mobile phone manufacturers and carriers to promise an equally or a better alternative mobile platform. Adobe sees that Android may has the momentum to change the landscape of mobile world, and so the company is quick to launch a mobile Photoshop version for Android. It’s unclear though that Adobe provides the application for free or you have to pay in order to use it. Source.
