Orginal Skype’s Founders Reclaim 14% of Skype From Ebay

The founders of Skype sold Skype to Ebay, but they kept the important part of Skype’s core.  Ebay made a mistake by not buying everything under Skype’s hood, and now Ebay has coughed out 14% of Skype to settle the lawsuit that the original founders filed.  This is a victory for the two original Skype’s founders, Niklas Zennstrom and Janus Friis, because they sold the company for $4 billion and sued Ebay after the sale to reclaim 14% of Skype.  This is a brilliance business strategy, but it’s a bit unethical for the two Skype’s founders to not sell everything to Ebay even though the deal was around $4 billion.  What you think?  Source.
