Twitter Teams Up With India's Bharti Airtel

On October 15, 2009, in Internet, Mobile, by admin

Twitter is teaming up with a largest mobile operator in India known as Bharti Airtel to allow everyone in India to send tweets at standard rate, and to receive tweets for free.  This means Twitter is starting to making some real money by being creative and teaming up with various players around the world.  At home, Twitter may work with Google and Microsoft to integrate Twitter and tweets into Google and Bing.  Google and Microsoft will pay Twitter for its service!  Amazingly thought, as of now Twitter only has 80 employees, but the global effect is huge!
